📝 Criteria to join
The community is solely dedicated to early-stage female founders in tech or science, who understand the power of the network. Please note that agencies, consultancies, services & other non tech-driven businesses are not a good fit and will not be considered.
We are carefully hand picking each of the Founding Members to select like-minded individuals. We invite you to take a look at the foundational interview published in August 2024 in Authority Magazine to understand the values we are looking for in founders.
There is a list of pre-approved women entrepreneurs who went through the interview process already and have met those criteria, but a few spots have been kept open. The content will be fully accessible online so you can join wherever you are in the U.S. and mingle in a safe way.
If you are one of the lucky ones who has been pre-selected, you need to fill up the form. If this is done, proceed to the payment ASAP to maintain your spot!

I'm thrilled to spotlight an exceptional woman in tech who embodies the spirit of innovation and leadership we champion, who serves as an Advisor for La Creme de la STEM™: Lori Rodriguez. Lori Rodriguez is a bestselling author and public speaker at international forums, including such The Economist, Accenture, and Fortinet.
With 30 years of experience driving digital transformation, Lori’s most distinguished role was as VP at Gartner, where she pioneered AI-driven products and experiences. During her tenure, she interviewed over a thousand C-suite leaders, gaining unparalleled insights into the forefront of technological innovation.
An advocate for women equality, she wrote “Hidden Lives of Women in STEM,” a book that tells the stories of 12 trailblazing leaders and got ranked #1 Hot New Release on Amazon,#1 in Women’s Studies, and #2 in Computer & Technology Biographies.
