🔗 Community Building Thoughts 🔗
I met Lindsay Tabas at the very beginning of my journey in building La Creme de la STEM ™, during New York Tech Week in June 2024. We immediately connected on our shared passions to demystify complex issues at the intersection of technology and people, but also to support startup founders.
I am glad for the opportunity she offered to feature my founder journey in her podcast Make Sense w/ Lindsay T., Lady Engineer®. In this episode, I share five key strategies to network smarter, not harder and what it takes to build a community to support female founders.
If you have been following me for a bit, my method to build long-lasting relationships will sounds familiar:
Build A Network Before You Need It
Give Before You Get
Connect on Personal Matters
Follow Up, But Keep It Short and Sweet
Be Clear About Your Expectations
Those principles are the foundations of the community I am building. If you are an early-stage female founders in tech and science who understands the power of the network, please apply here.
